Mr. Nader Nawaz, CEO TPL Trakker and Executive Director at TPL Corp with over 15 years of experience leading People, Operations, Marketing & Communications, and Sustainability across diversified businesses at group level. Reporting to the CEO at TPL Group, he oversees enterprise-wide HR, Administration/Facilities, Brand and Digital Communications, and ESG/CSR—aligning talent, culture, and reputation with strategic objectives. As Executive Director, he supports strategic decision-making across TPL’s diversified businesses. His current focus remains on strengthening organizational alignment, ensuring efficient human capital operations, and maintaining strong governance standards across the group. He continues to uphold diversity, inclusion, and sustainability practices as integral components of TPL’s operational framework, reinforcing stability and consistency across all business units.
Formerly Group Head of HR & Administration (2012–2023), he built and matured end-to-end people systems: workforce planning and acquisition, performance management, succession, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, HRIS, compliance, and policy governance. He works closely with boards and senior leadership, serving as Secretary to Human Resource & Remuneration Committees across multiple listed and group entities, ensuring robust governance, documentation, and regulatory alignment. His remit extends to Marketing & Communications—brand stewardship, public/media relations, content, digital marketing, and campaign execution—and to Sustainability, covering strategy, stakeholder engagement, policy development, environmental management, and ESG reporting. He also manages nationwide administration and facilities, including budgeting and cost control, vendor and contracts management, procurement, travel and transport, security and protocol, HSE, office build-outs, and large-scale events.
Previously he was working as a consultant at Engage Consulting, where he advised on total rewards, job evaluation, succession frameworks, and policy audits. He thrives in complex, fast-changing environments, building high-performing teams and scalable systems. He holds a degree in BA (Hons) Business Administration from Holborn College, London.
